Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at awiseclothing@gmail.com providing us your order number, your name and full address used for shipping and why you wish to return your purchase while providing images if necessary.
You must return your goods within 28 days and we will issue a refund within 14 days when your returned items are with us.
We reserve the right to reject refund requests for reasons such as, but not limited to: a change of mind or good(s) not fitting.
How to Return your Goods
When returning goods, we will provide you with shipping details for our returns PO Box. AWISE will not cover shipping costs for returning goods, you will have to cover this yourself.
Once your items are with us, we will begin to process your refund. This may take a few working days before you see the refund in your bank account.
Total Returns: If you choose to return all the items in your order, we will not refund you any shipping costs for your order.*
Partial Returns: If you choose to return some of the items in your order, we will not refund you any shipping costs for your order.*
Sale Items/Price Changes: If a price changes (increase/decrease) between when you placed your order and requested your refund, you will be refunded at the price you paid.*
2015 Consumer Rights Act:
Your Statutory Rights as a consumer are not affected by the information above. As a trader, we (AWISE) cannot exclude any liability according to S9, S10, S11 of the CRA(2015).
Our return policy is in accordance to S22 “Short Term Right to Reject” as refunds are permitted up to 28 days. We cannot exclude any remedies according to S23 “refund or replacement” and S24 “Final Right to Reject” of the CRA(2015).
